Enter your policy details, confirm them, then pay by credit card (MasterCard or Visa) on Fidelity's secure payment page. A receipt will be emailed to the address provided.

  • A credit cardMasterCard or Visa, on the secure payment page.

Your card details stay with the bank. You type them on Fidelity's Charge Anywhere page, never on this website, and we never see or store them.
