This website is run by Abaco Insurance Agency Ltd., Stratton Drive, Marsh Harbour, Abaco, P.O. Box AB-20404. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Abaco Insurance Agency Ltd. We're an insurance agency: we arrange cover with Bahamas First General Insurance and RoyalStar Assurance.

What we collect

Card payments

Online payments are processed on Charge Anywhere's secure payment page for Fidelity Bank (Bahamas). You enter your card details there, not on this website. We receive the payment result, the amount, a reference and the policy details you entered. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

  • Prepare quotes and arrange, renew and look after your policies.
  • Report and follow up claims with your insurer.
  • Record and confirm payments.
  • Answer your questions and handle complaints.
  • Keep accurate records and improve our service.

  • The insurer that quotes on or issues your policy, or handles your claim.
  • Our payment provider, to process card payments.
  • Companies that host and maintain this website for us.

We do not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

Keeping it safe
